Uniview IPC2125SB-ADF28KMC-IO 5MP Bullet Camera with 40M IR, WDR and LightHunter

The Uniview IPC2125SB-ADF28KMC-IO is a bullet-style security camera that combines 5-megapixel resolution, 40 metre infrared illumination, Wide Dynamic Range and LightHunter low-light technology. It is designed to be mounted in plain view, so its presence can act as a deterrent, while still capturing clear footage of the area it covers.
Image quality
The 5MP sensor gives a higher level of detail than standard resolution cameras. Extra pixels make it easier to read faces, number plates and other fine details at a distance, and they give you more room to zoom into recorded footage without losing too much clarity.
Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) is useful where light levels vary sharply within one view. A camera pointed at an entrance with bright sunlight on one side and deep shade on the other can otherwise produce a washed-out or dark image. WDR works to show detail in both areas at once.
LightHunter is Uniview’s name for its low-light performance technology. It is intended to keep images clear and usable when light is limited, such as at dusk, before dawn or in areas with only weak artificial lighting.
Night vision
The camera has built-in infrared (IR) illumination with a range of 40 metres. Infrared light is invisible to the human eye, so the scene remains dark to people nearby while the camera records a black and white image of the area in front of it. This allows continuous monitoring after dark without additional floodlights.

Installation and planning
Before buying, check that the camera fits your planned mounting position, cable route and recording equipment. Consider the distance to the area you want to cover, the lighting conditions throughout the day and night, and whether the image needs to show fine detail such as faces or number plates. A camera installer can help you choose the right angle and height.
Read the full product documentation from the manufacturer before installation, including any details on power, cabling and network setup, so the camera is installed and configured correctly for your system.
